At YourStaff everything began with a shared vision and two complementary journeys: Norah, a seasoned leader in human talent and international operations, and Juan, an architect with a deep background in urban and residential development.
More than ten years ago, Norah led key accounts in the logistics and HR sectors for a major U.S. multinational based in Barranquilla, Colombia. Through her work, she identified a growing need: American companies were in search of reliable, cost effective, and high-quality support. She saw an opportunity — to connect Colombia’s skilled professionals with the demands of the U.S. market. It wasn’t just about outsourcing — it was about building bridges that help companies scale while empowering local talent.
Juan built his career managing large-scale architectural and construction projects from social housing developments and multifamily communities to civil infrastructure and urban planning. He gained hands on experience leading projects with local and regional impact, and over time, expanded his portfolio by collaborating with international firms, contributing design, planning, and technical insight across borders. His passion for quality and innovation, combined with a global perspective, inspired him to help other companies benefit from Colombia’s architectural talent.
In 2020, that shared vision officially became YourStaffCol.com a startup committed to helping U.S. businesses grow through strategic nearshore staffing and architectural solutions. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of supporting multiple companies across the U.S., offering flexible solutions, long-term partnerships, and real results.
Today, YourStaff continues to grow with one purpose: to be the trusted nearshore partner that helps businesses thrive — while empowering Colombian talent to reach its full potential.
